1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our digital assistant creation platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Suppa provides a digital assistant creation platform that allows users to create AI-powered chatbots using their own documents and data.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Content

4.1. You retain all rights to any content you submit, upload, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”).

4.2. By submitting User Content, you grant Suppa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4.3. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5.1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5.2. Infringe upon the rights of others.

5.3. Create or upload malicious content, including viruses or malware.

5.4. Engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping.

5.5. Impersonate others or provide false information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Suppa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6.2. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1. The Service may integrate with or use third-party services, including but not limited to Pinecone for vector storage, OpenAI for AI processing, and LemonSqueezy for payment processing.

7.2. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Suppa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

9. Disclaimers

9.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, either express or implied.

9.2. Suppa does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
